Where do you import your coffee from?
We source our coffee from Grao Coffee Company, which sources green coffee beans from specialty farms in some of the world's finest coffee-growing regions, including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Vietnam.
How do you brew our coffee?
At our caffé, we brew coffee with a focus on quality and precision to bring out the best flavors from our premium beans. We use various brewing methods such as espresso, pour-over, and French press, depending on the coffee type and customer preference. Each method is designed to enhance the natural flavors of the beans sourced from the world’s finest coffee-growing regions, including Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Vietnam. Whether you prefer a bold espresso or a smooth pour-over, we ensure every cup is brewed to perfection for a rich and aromatic coffee experience.
What does your subscription model have exactly?
Our Coffee Club subscription offers 30 coffees over 30 days for just Rs. 4,999. Upon subscribing, you will receive a Coffee Club card featuring a 30-day calendar. Each day you visit, you can enjoy one coffee, whether for dine-in or takeaway. However, if a day is missed, it will count as a coffee missed for that day. This subscription provides flexibility and convenience for coffee lovers to enjoy their favorite brews daily.
What’s the longest time I can stay at a table?
There are no time restrictions for staying at a table in our café. However, during weekends or busy periods, we kindly recommend making your table available to accommodate waiting guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our visitors.
How long will I’ve to queue on the weekends?
The wait time on weekends can vary depending on the level of activity, but it typically does not exceed 45 minutes during peak hours.
Do you accept bookings for large parties?
Yes, we gladly accept bookings for large parties. Please contact (ADD AN INQUIRY FORM HERE) us in advance to make the necessary arrangements and ensure a seamless experience for your group.
Delivery times and ETA for my order?
We aim to deliver orders within 45 minutes. However, during weekends, delivery times may extend up to 60 minutes. Our delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and from 8:00 AM to 12:45 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Return policy on damaged delivery?
Our return policy for damaged deliveries ensures that we will replace any orders placed through our website. For orders placed through Foodpanda, please contact their customer service directly to address any issues.
